Shining Mountain Ranch

is located on 80 acres in the foothills of the Sangre De Cristo Mountain Range.

This particular range of the mountains is an "arm" of the Rockies.

 At 8800 ft altitude the views fromhere are truly breathtaking!

Each Guest House has a queen-sized bed upstars with big dormer

windows to view the mountains or the night-time skies.

Downstairs is a full bath, a small living area with a sofa.

The kitchen is partial in that it has a small refrigerator, microwave,

hot plate and crock pot rather than a full range.

The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Linens are supplied.

Each guest house is heated with propane heat and also has available

a small wood stove for comfort and for atmosphere.
