Barry Wissler

Pastor Barry is the Senior Pastor of Ephrata Community Church in Ephrata Pennsylvania and the president of HarvestNET, a relational network of churches and ministries.  In 2006 Westcliffe Community Church became a member of HarvestNET and Pastor Barry is the apostolic oversight of Westcliffe Community Church .
